deBebians is proud to offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back for a
refund. Please note that there is a $15.00 restocking fee per item returned. Please follow these steps to complete your return. Please note: All engraved jewelry can not be accepted back as a return. However, if you purchase a tungsten carbide ring that has been engraved and it is the wrong size, we can implement the lifetime guarantee.
1. Please call our office at 877 472 2700 to obtain a Return Authorization
number.
2. When packing your order, please secure the item(s) and include all original paperwork. This is to include the sales receipt with the Return Authorization number written on it, the original GIA grading report (if applicable), and the jewelry box. NOTE: Please DO NOT write anything on the outside of the box that would indicate jewelry inside. Do NOT write diamonds, jewelry, gold, ANYTHING that indicates what may be inside the package.
3. Please make sure to ship the package back to:

EFA Diamonds prefers FedEx or UPS with a signature required upon delivery. If you choose to use the USPS, please insure the package and send it registered mail with signature required upon delivery through the United States Postal Service.
4. Once the package arrives, our laboratory will inspect the contents and verify the condition of the item(s). A credit will be made within 2-3 business days. The credit will be made using the mode of payment for the original order.
