STEP 1: REQUEST A QUOTE

Begin the process and obtain your free quote by filling out our custom engagement rings quote webform, providing as much information and descriptive language as possible about your ring idea. Our designers will work to make a preliminary estimate based on the current cost of materials and labor and your budget requirements. We will respond to your custom order inquiry within 2 business days. You may also request a quote by phone; call us at 1-877-472-2700 and ask to speak to a member of the custom design team.

STEP 2: CONCEPT

When you receive a call with your price quote, you will also have the opportunity to confirm the details of your design and ask any question about the process and your available options. This is also the best time to discuss the center stone. We can create custom engagement ring settings with no center stone or set a certified stone you find through our loose diamond search.

STEP 3: CAD & WAX MODELS

Once you feel we've reached an understanding regarding your ring, the designer will use a CAD program to create multi-view concept images of the ring based on those specifications and send them via e-mail for your approval or changes. As our senior designer has created more than 1,500 custom engagement rings and has a first-attempt approval rate of 99% for concept images, the initial set will likely meet or exceed your expectations and keep the processing time to a minimum.

STEP 4: FINAL APPROVAL & FINISHED PIECE

Upon receiving your finalized approval, we begin the process of making your design concept a reality. The span between receiving your quote and shipping your completed ring takes approximately 15 business days, plus additional time you may take to approve each step of your design.
