Warranty Information

Free Extended Service Plan
We provide a one-year extended service plan for our diamond jewelry, including our engagement rings and eternity rings. In the unlikely event that an accent diamond (0.10 ct. or less) or gemstone falls out within the first year, we will replace it free of charge. We also provide complimentary cleaning, polishing and rhodium plating for life. There is simply a shipping and processing fee associated with any of these services. If an accent diamond falls out after the first year, we will replace and repair the item at a low, reasonable price. Please note that this extended service plan does not warranty against the loss of the center diamond, any certified diamonds, or any diamond larger than 0.10 ct. We strongly recommend that you insure your jewelry to protect yourself should this ever occur, and we also recommend having your jewelry checked annually to ensure that all the diamonds are secure.

Lifetime Warranty & Maintenance
We stand behind our products and guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our fine jewelry. If you experience a defect with your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you to contact us. We will repair or replace the item without charge, if it is found to be defective. However, a shipping and processing fee will apply. To ensure your jewelry remains in top condition, we recommend having it professionally checked at least once a year.

This lifetime warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of precious stones, theft or loss. For damage within the first year, please see our free one-year extended service plan above. Repair or service performed by another jeweler, other than deBebians, will void this warranty. In situations not related to manufacturing defects, we always encourage insuring your jewelry. A recommended insurance company is Jewelers Mutual. Jewelry insurance can help recover significant damage, loss, or theft you might experience. If you have any questions about our lifetime warranty, please give us a call at 1-877-472-2700.

Benchmark Warranty

All Benchmark wedding rings come with a lifetime guarantee card, which provides instructions for registering your ring with Benchmark. All registered Benchmark wedding rings are covered by Benchmark's lifetime guarantee. If your registered ring ever needs refinishing due to normal wear, Benchmark will refinish your ring free of charge. If your finger size ever changes, Benchmark will resize or replace your ring free of charge. In the event that material has to be added to your ring to complete the sizing, you will only be charged the price of the metal or stones necessary to create the new piece.
